1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
We collect no personal information. The app does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, or any other personal data.
The only data the app creates is:
- Activity records you create yourself (activity name, start time, end time, duration)
- Custom activity configurations you define (name, icon, colour, group)
This data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device and never leaves your device.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality:
- Displaying your activity history in the Journal
- Calculating and showing Analytics (charts, totals, breakdowns)
- Generating PDF reports when you request an export
No data is sent to us or any third party at any time.
4. Internet Access
The app requests internet permission solely to allow the "About App" and "Privacy Policy" links to open web pages in your browser, and to allow the PDF share sheet to function.
The app itself does not make any network requests. Your activity data is never transmitted over the internet.
5. Third-Party Services
Time Spender does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data, including:
- No Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics
- No advertising networks (AdMob or similar)
- No crash reporting services
- No social media SDKs
6. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored in a SQLite database in the app's private storage directory on your device. This directory is only accessible to the Time Spender app and is protected by Android's standard app sandbox.
When you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted from your device.
7. PDF Export
When you use the PDF export feature, the app generates a PDF document on your device and opens the Android share sheet. You choose where to share or save it. The app does not upload or store the PDF anywhere — this action is entirely under your control.
8. Children's Privacy
Time Spender does not collect any personal data and is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
